Start Counseling
After your intake conversation, follow these steps to start your plan and book your appointment.

Understand your counseling options
Tier 1 and Tier 2 are monthly subscriptions. Both begin with more frequent support and taper to an ongoing rhythm; your monthly plan price stays the same as the included session frequency tapers. Counseling subscriptions include Ruby-level InnerPulse access.
Premarital counseling is covered by Eternal Light Christian Counseling Services (ELCCS).

Create your free Portal account, or sign in

Start your counseling subscription
In the Portal, go to:
Premium Services → Counseling Subscription → Select a Subscription Tier → Start Selected Plan
Complete checkout and confirm activation in the Portal. Payment in progress or a checkout return does not mean your coverage is active yet.

Book your appointment
Once your plan is active, go to the Appointments tab, choose an available appointment, and book your session.
Starting your plan does not automatically book an appointment.
